       Use this page to help plan your move! These tips are provided to help you understand some of the restrictions placed on movers and to help you save money and have a safe, stress free move. Please contact us if you have any questions about your local or long distance move!

- In order to save you time and money during your move, it is best to have all home electronics dis-connected and powered down.
 
- If you're packing your items yourself, than we recommend all boxes be labeled and sealed prior to our arrival. This is so we don't waste your time and money by standing around.
 
- We can and will dis-assemble all or some of your furniture that is necessary to be moved safely. If you would like to do this yourself to save time and money, feel free too.
 
- Make sure to have extremely valuable and fragile items out and packed either separately by you or make our movers well aware of them so we can take proper care of them.
 
- While we do love your children and pets, unfortunately they are not conductive to a safe or efficient move. We strongly recommend that they are out of the way of the movers to keep them safe.
 
- Any items containing a liquid should be drained, such as fryers, aquariums, tanks, etc...
 
- Perishable items should either be disposed of or packed separately on long trips so that they don't spoil. Short local trips shouldn't be an issue for your perishable items, but if you are concerned with them, you should take extra precautions.
 
- Unfortunately moving companies cannot move flammable, hazardous, or explosive items. These include guns, ammunition, motorcycles with a lot of fuel (1/4 tank or less is ok), and any other item containing these materials.
